Internal HMRC e-mail from Mark Barker PCS, complaining that Joan Moyle (HMRC Complaints and Discipline team) not following correct procedures, making inapprpriate comments, acting in a way which is bullying and harrassment, because he was representing me in to charges I was an extremist for heckling the BNP.
