Scott Turner fom HMRC made false sexual allegtions after by name appeared on BNP hitlist Redwatch

Scott Turner was one of the Civil Servants in Her Majestry's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) who made false allegations against me, after my details were put on a far right hit list called Redwatch. This is an offence under the Protection from Harassment Act (1998) because it created a hostile and intimidating environment and I am pursuing it as such. I have HMRC reports and other evidence to prove it.

Still waiting to hear from the Civil Service Commissioners

They really do not want to case my case, but cannot put it in writing, in case I take it to the press, which I will. So they are hoping that if they do nothing, and ignore me, I will go away. Come March, if they have not heard my case, and why and how HMRC used thousands of pounds of public money to charge me with be an extremist for heckling the BNP (I kid you not), the case goes to the press along with all documentry eveidence. My duty as a Civil Servant was to bring matters of public abuse in Office and I have a duty under the Civil Service Code, I will not fail in my duty.

Things are looking up.

The Civil Service Commissioners are now worried people. They want to get rid of my case, but because they know I can prove serious abuses within HMRC, they cannot put it in writing. They appear to believe, that if they just ignore me, I will go away. Trust me I won't.

Tony Smith (HMRC) was the Civil Servant who compalined I was an extremist for heckling the BNP

A lot of people have asked, who the Civil Servant in Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs(HMRC) was, who complained I was an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley. Well the answer is Tony Smith, a manger at the Tax Credit Office in Preston. He said, he saw me on television heckling the BNP and I had extreme views. After Smith complained, HMRC charged, then prosecuted and eventually found me guilty of this ridiculous allegation. To use thousands of pounds of public money, prosecuting me for heckling the BNP, was misuse of public funds. This is one of the matters before the Civil Service Commissioners, and one of the reasons the Commissioners do not want to hear the case. Think about it. A government department using public money to charge somebody with being an extremist for heckling a Neo Nazi group and finding them guilty, unbelievable.....yet it happened.

The goverment spent Tax Payers money charging me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP

This was a misuse of tax payers money. I have complained about this to the Civil Service Commissioners, they appear to want to hush this up, but I am not prepared to do so.

Richard Jarvis/the Civil Service Comissioners/the BNP

Spoke to Richard Jarvis, from the Civil Service Commissioners office today. I told him that I was outraged that the Commissioners have still not called me to a meeting, and heard my appeal. I told him that under the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000, all public bodies have a right to eradicate racism. I told him that when Her Majesty Revenue and Customs (HMRC) accused me of expressing support for suicide bombers, and then put in writing that they never heard me say I supported suicide bombers, they just assumed I did because I wore an arabic headscarf, that was racial harassment.
I also told him that when HMRC spent thousands of pounds of tax payers money charging me with, and finding me guilty of being an extremist for heckling the BNP, that was a misuse of public money and an offence under section five of the Civil Service Code.

I also told him that if HMRC wanted to label people extremists because they heckle a party as nasty and racist as the BNP at a peaceful protest, that was their affair, but they would not be doing it in my name.

Mr Jarvis said he will let me know what is happening to my appeal, but it is becoming clear
the Commissioners want the matter hushed up.

Whoops! My mistake

Just rung two people up after seeing their details had been put on a far right hit list. I wanted to ask them questions for my study. I didn't realise it was past midnight. Whoops!

Watching the Lord Mayor's parade.

I am sat at home watching the Lord Mayor's parade. People of all creeds and colours are there, cheering the parade, waving union jacks, and supporting our trrops. Great Stuff.

Delighted the BNP lost their depostic in Glassgow by election

Good and bad news in last night's election result. First the BNP lost their deposit, which is great news for everybody. Sadly so did we. The Lib Dem share of the vote ws low and will have to look to see why.

Peter Jones Dragons Den my book on the BNP

One of my favourite books programmes on TV is Dragons Den. I love watching and listening to the 'Dragons' tell entrepreneur how to sell, market and promote their products. It has occurred to me that I could take on board their advice to promote my forth coming coming book. For example, Peter Jones runs his own TV company. I have e-mailed Peter and told him that if my book becomes a best seller, which it will, not least because I have taken aboard his advice on how to sell things, I would like to meet with him and discuss turning my book into a film. (Peter runs a TV company) I also said I will not contact him unless my book becomes a best seller. I want to see if I can turn my book in to a best seller, using the business advice given on Dragons Den.

In Glassgow with the Lib Dems hoping to stop BNP winning seat

Been campaigning for the Lib Dems here in Glasgow. Hopefully, we will stop the BNP doing well and take the seat from Labour. Bit surprised the SNP are not as high profile as I thought they would be. Yet their campaign seems a bit low key.

The BNP and the Glassgow North by election

I am concerned that the BNP may maintain win sufficient votes to maintain their deposit in the Glasgow by election. More worryingly, I have a horrible feeling the BNP may come third or even second. All the evidence suggests that the BNP are far more popular that the press care to admit, and for admirable reasons. Nevertheless, issues such as asylum, divisions within the main party’s, the consequence of new phases of immigration, community politics and economic problems, are all increasing the growing popularity of the BNP. That said. I am off to Glasgow to campaign for the Liberal Democrats and hopefully perswade the electorate to vote Lib Dem.

Katie Piper is a brave girl.

Watched the programme on Katie Piper last night. (The girl who had acid thrown in her face). I think she is a very brave girl and somebody who has tremendous courage. Delighted she is rebuilding her life.

Ongoing BNP case with the Civil Service Commissioners

I e-mailed Bill Brooke at the Civil Service Commissioners Office and told him that I was not prepared to wait any longer than February 2010 for the Commissioners to hear my case. If they, (the Commissioners) had not dealt with my case by then, and this has been going on for over three years, I would refer the matter to the Daily Telegraph.

As a Civil Servant at the time, I raised concerns of a criminal nature under the Public Disclosure Act (1998), and have a duty under the Civil Service Code to ensure that this matter is pursued.
