Newspaper article dated 2005, discussing the harassment I was experiencing from Neo Nazi’s, because of my academic research on the British National Party (BNP). Not long after Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) upheld a complaint I was an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley, and sacked me.
Anthony Stansfield's HMRC letter to HMRC after being found guility of making false allegtions against me (after a complaint I held extreme political views for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley) making false sexual allegtions is a criminal offence under the Protection from Harrassment Act 1997. Case with Lancashire Police hate crimes unit.
HMRC Manager, Anthony Stansfield’s witness statement submitted to an Employer Tribunal in 2007. At a later Employment Tribunal hearing, HMRC Solicitor Ian Painter, admitted that the allegations of sexual harassment and expressing support for suicide bombers were a pack of lies, as were other allegations he made against me, and he made them because I had blown the whistle on his corrupt actives within the department and because he wanted the department to sack me so I could not pursue my academic research on the BNP. Amazingly, HMRC promoted Stansfield despite the fact the department found he had made a false witness statement. Even more amazingly, or rather curiously, Stansfield accepted the promotion despite claiming in this statement that the whole sorry saga had caused him to suffer (and still suffer) stress, chest pains, and be put on medication by his Doctor, or to put it another way, his health was that bad he was not able to take a more senior role WITH MORE PAY AND A BIGGER PENSION
