Freedom of Information request in relation to bullying within Her Majestry's Revenue and Customs (HMRC). HMRC claim that action taken on proven/founded cases was either a 5 year written warning or dismissal. HMRC are lying. In my case people who were found to have bullied me were often promoted and no action was taken against any HMRC staff.
