Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? HMRC investigators Ian Wright and Donna Todd, interview HMRC Whistleblower Andi Ali (TAPE 8) Second session - 28, April, 2006.
HMRC solicitor, Ian Painter, told and employment tribunal in 2007 that this interview never took place, until this tape was played to the court.
