HMRCLEAKS: Blog of a Civil Service whistleblower in Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs HMRC
Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.

Sharon Woes.
I
can recall a girl called Sharon who never did any work, but somehow manged to
get away with it, complaining that she was “fed up with men chasing after her
and could not understand why they did it.” To which I replied, "don’t worry dear, it’s a complete mystery to me too."

Collusion
In
there evidence, HMRC investigators, Dave King and Janet Robinson said there was
no evidence that the five complainants had got together to conspire against me.
This is despite the fact that one of the five, Tim Fisher, said in his
complaint that he and rest of the complainants had taken the decision “not to
talk to me unless it was work related,” which clearly suggests they did get together
to conspire against me, don’t you think.
