BNPGATE - Public Information Disclouser Act 1998 & Civil Service Code

I have decided to write a book about the harassment,racism and bullying I was subjected to within Her Majesty's' Revenue and Customs (HMRC) because of my academic studies on the BNP, and after being put on a BNP hit list called Redwatch. I raise these concerns under the Public Disclosure Act 1998 (PIDA) and Civil Service code.
Under the PDIA 1998 Civil Servants can make public disclosures, providing they do so in good faith, they genuwinely believe the disclousers are true, or they have a reasonable beleief that they are genwine, and they have tried to riase these concerns internally but to no avail. In the case of the first three provisons I have uploaded internal HMRC documents, letters and e-mails on to this site which proves that my concerns are genwine and HMRC are guility of missusing public funds to charge me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP, and I did raise these concerns but to no avail. Indeed, one of the charges HMRC laid against me before I was sacked, was that I had raised concerns to the Civil Service Commissoners and the Police, under the Civil Service Code and PIDA, and that was a fundemental breach of contract.
Under the PIDA employees cannot seek personel gain either finincally or otherwise by raising concerns under PIDA and neither do I seek any. I simply raise these concerns in my BOOK BNPGATE to hilight abuses of the Civil Service Code within HMRC because it was my duty to do so.

Chapter 20 of the Guide which deals with racial harrassment within the Civil Service including HMRC.

As you can see Chapter 20.2 of the Guide which deals with issues such as racial harassment states, any form of unjustified discrimination (whether direct or indirect)which contravenes our policy and is unacceptable and no one must suffer any form of harassment from their colleagues. We I was subjected to racial harassment, it wasn't justified, harassment never is, and this is why the case is before the Civil Service Commissioners and I won't let it drop.

. As you can see chapter 20:2 of the guide, Chapter 20.63 of the Guide which deals with issues such as racial harassment. As you can see the guide states that you (as a Civil Servant) must challenge issues which are against Civil Service values. states that you (as a Civil Servant) must challenge issues which are against Civil Service values.


As you can see chapter 20.63 of the Guide states that you (as a Civil Servant) must challenge issues which are against Civil Service values. Making false allegations against somebody, bullying, claiming somebody is expressing support for suicide bombers because they are waring an Arabic headscarf, and miss using public funds and charging somebody with being an extremist for heckling the BNP, is deffently against those principles.

Have E-mailed the Scotish National Party informing them that HMRC expressed the view Alex Salmond Scotish National Party should be shot.

Remember I have a duty under the Civil Service Code to report such abuses, and I will not fail in my duty.

What is Houghton doing, when he said Alex Salmond Scotish National Party should be shot, if he is not allowing his personel political views to determine his actions?

If what Kirk Houghton said about me was true than I would have been seen going into the Building by HMRC's cctv cameras. When HMRC were asked to produce them they could not. This is what they said.




HMRC are a law enforcement agency. Are we really to believe they would not have examined the CCTV immediately instead of waiting months as they claim? The real reason they did not want to produce the tapes is they proved I was telling the truth and others in HMRC were lying.
