HMRC Charged me with bullying HMRC employee Tim Fisher after he claimed I bullied him at work on Wednesday 1 October, 2003 after Fisher had put in a complaint around the same time HMRC accused me of having extreme political views for heckling the Neo Nazi British National Party (BNP). Below is my timesheet which shows I was not even at work on that date so could not possibly have bullied Fisher. That did not stop HMRC upholding Fisher's complain - or the charge I was an extremist for heckling the BNP - a group which has sought to remove all non-whites from the Civil Service and country as a whole.

HMRC Internal report contradicts itself. On the one hand it concluded that Tony Smith useing an internal HMRC grievance procedure to complain I was an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley, should have been rejected and not treated as a complaint, on the other hand it concludes, that there is no eveidence that anyone has been disciplined for taking part in protests. Which is it? Either HMRC treated it as a complaint, or they did not? Can't be both. And then it concludes that the whole discipliary process has been unfair and discriminatory against me. But if HMRC did not 'discipline me for heckling the BNP at a peaceful process, how could they find the whole disciplinary process has been unfair? Baffled! Me too!!!

I was told that saying you would like sugar in your tea to a female member of staff could be harassment (I kid you not) but when HMRC staff accused me of expressing support for suicide bombers, because I wore an Arabic headscarf, and made a number of false sexual allegations against me, which HMRC now admit were false, that was not harassment - again I kid you not.


Of course, HMRC may take me to court for making this public - but if they do that, how will the Crown Prosecution Service not be able to bring criminal charges to those in HMRC who harassed me because of my academic research on the BNP. In order for HMRC to take me to court, they will have to admit they are true - or lie. Given that I have scanned HMRC reports and files, on to a computer and put the backup files safely elsewhere, that would not be a wise thing to do. Things are beginning to get interesting - watch this space.
