Letter from Tina Gallagher, Deputy Director of the Tax Credit in Northern Ireland for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC), informing Tony Smith HMRC that I have lost my appeal against his complaint. Smith had complained that I had ‘extreme political views’ for heckling the British National Party (BNP) at a peaceful protest in Burnley. The BNP which has sought to remove all non-whites and Jews from the Civil Service and country as a whole. (This is the first time public money has been used by HMRC to prosecute anybody for having extreme political views for heckling a Neo Nazi group).

HMRC rules (see below) state tapes should not be switched off during interviews, and below that, an internal record showing investigators admitting to switching off tapes. Case with Lancashire Police hate crimes unit.

Chapter 20 of the Guide which deals with racial harrassment within the Civil Service including HMRC.

As you can see Chapter 20.2 of the Guide which deals with issues such as racial harassment states, any form of unjustified discrimination (whether direct or indirect)which contravenes our policy and is unacceptable and no one must suffer any form of harassment from their colleagues. We I was subjected to racial harassment, it wasn't justified, harassment never is, and this is why the case is before the Civil Service Commissioners and I won't let it drop.

Making false allegations against somebody, bullying, claiming somebody is expressing support for suicide bombers because they are waring an Arabic headscarf, and miss using public funds and charging somebody with being an extremist for heckling the BNP, is deffently against those principles.

Psoriatic arthritis is a terrible decease.

I was diagnosed with Psoriatic arthritis a year or so again. Since then, I have found it increasingly difficlut to get out of bed in the morning, and do simple things for a few hours because of my stiffness in back, hands, legs for a few hours every day. Psoriatic arthritis is a terrible decease I think.

Things starting to happen at last

Both the police and the Civil Service Commissioners still trying not to take any action in my ongoing case against Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs - but both cannot say outright. They know I have e-mailed them the proof that HMRC used public money to charge me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP, because I have e-mailed them the internal reports, complied by HMRC proofing it. (I have spent the last two years put all HMRC documents onto the computer, and making up backup files elsewhere, so I could e-mail them to the press, and other interested bodies, should HMRC call me a liar). Using public money for this purpose was an abuse of public funds and I cannot, and will not keep quite about it. I will also not keep quite about the other criminal matters I witnessed within HMRC. I can also proof them to, with the documents I have scanned on to my computer at University and elsewhere. Like I said, things are starting to happen.

When Her Majestrys Revenue and Customs charged me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP, one of the things Civil Servants told HMRC investigators was that it was unfair he wore and arabic headscarf, but others could not wear shirts saying we supported the BNP. Case still with Civil Service Commissioners and the Police.

A lot of people have asked, who the Civil Servant in Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs(HMRC) was, who complained I was an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley. Well the answer is Tony Smith, a manger at the Tax Credit Office in Preston. He said, he saw me on television heckling the BNP and I had extreme views. After Smith complained, HMRC charged, then prosecuted and eventually found me guilty of this ridiculous allegation. To use thousands of pounds of public money, prosecuting me for heckling the BNP, was misuse of public funds. This is one of the matters before the Civil Service Commissioners, and one of the reasons the Commissioners do not want to hear the case. Think about it. A government department using public money to charge somebody with being an extremist for heckling a Neo Nazi group and finding them guilty, unbelievable.....yet it happened.
