Even some HMRC investigators are admitting that the claims made against me by Civil Servants were lies click on the links and see for yourself.

This is what two Her Majestry's Revenue and Customs investigators Dave King and Janet Robinson concluded in their report, when Scott Turner a senior manger told them I had behaved inaproppriately to a work nurse called Mandy Brennan. (Please bear in mind that King and Robbinson had been switching tapes off against HMRC procedure and incourageing staff to make complaints against me when they were switiched on. See posting dated Wdnesday 12 May 2010 entitled, "Here is proof HMRC investigators were switiching tapes off aginst procedures and encourging staff to put in complaints before switiching them back on" for proof.)



Now compare and contrast this to what another pair of HMRC invesitgators Ian Wright and Donna Todd concluded when they condcuted and investigation two years (yes two years) later when HMRC decided to interview Mandy Brennan and was told by the nurse that Turnner's accound was completely false.

Spoke with Bill Brooke on the phone today and emailed him copy of HMRC report prooving bullying within Civil Service

I could tell by Bill Brookes voice that the Civil Service Commissioners are now beginning to doubt HMRC version of events - not that it matters. The report, and others I have sent to the Commissioners prove it. The Commissioners say they want more time - how much time do they need? This has been ongoing for years. The report as well as proving HMRC misused public funds by charging me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP, also proves I was the victim of bullying. (HMRC described it as low level harassment in the Ian Wright and Dona Todd report). Any form of harassment is bullying, and I expect the Commissioners to take action. For the record though, the harassment wasn't low level, it was more than that - and constitutes a criminal offence under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

Her Majestry and Customs own investigators admit in a secret report that they did charge me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP

Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs claimed they never charged me or sacked me for being an extremist for heckling the BNP. However, in an internal report to the Civil Service Commissioners HMRC investigators state:

"In our view it was wholly inappropriate for this matter [claim that I was an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley] to be included in grievance complaint, both on the grounds that taking part in a lawful demonstration is not conduct that any reasonable person could object to and also because there is no link with work".

Oh dear oh dear.... so HMRC did misuse public funds to charge me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP then. No wonder HMRC are backtracking.

Phone call from the Lancashire Police today

Lancashire Police called me today, after I had call them saying how disgusted I was with the way I had been treated, and the way they were dealing with my case. The girl said that some Police Inspector is going to call me and progress things further. She said the call was being taped, which is great, and it was harassment if people submit false allegations against you - even if they are employees of Her Majesty Revenue and Customs. Moreover, the comments regarding my Arabic headscarf and suicide bombers, was racial harassment and should be treated as such. The documents which proves this case was link to my academic work on the BNP is already in the police's hands. All the signs are the Police and Civil Service Commissioners are begging to distance themselves from HMRC. I am delighted, but there is still a long way to go, to get the police to bring criminal charges - but we will get there.

Have now sent proof HMRC charged me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP to the Commissioners.

If they fail to act - I will take it to the press. It's not a case of when this matter is investigated, its only a case of when. God - I'm looking forward to the New Year.

The Civil Service Commissioners, HMRC and the onging BNP case

Spoken to Bill Brooke from the Civil Service Commissioners a couple of days back. He has asked me to provide a full account of the complaints I have raised to the Commissioners which I said I would do - even though I raised these concerns two years ago, so the Commissioners really have no excuss for not taking action before. However, because providing a full account is going to take some time I have asked, and the Commissioners have agreed to this, to provide the first part by Febuary 20 2010. This relates to the matter concerning the BNP and how Her Majestrys Revenue and Customs came to use public money to charge me with, and find me guility of being an extremist for heckling the BNP. Under the Civil Service Code I have a duty to ensure that public money and other resources are used properly and efficiently, and the fact that HMRC used public money to charge me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP is clearly a breach of the code.

There are a lot more breaches of the code I have, and are bringing to the attention of the Commissioners - but they want a summary of the BNP case first.
