HMRC investigators clearly state that it is HMRC procedures to interview people on tape and the complaint is being brought under Chapter 17 of the Civil Service Guide. I will explain the significance of this in due course. Worth noting that Neil Richardson did not interview Andi Ali on tape after he refused to keep quite that HMRC were misusing public funds to charge him with being an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley.

An internal e-mail dated 14 September 2004,were Her Mejestry's Reveune and Customs Office solictoirs, discuss the fact that proper procedures were not being followed and did nothing. Note how Janet Robsinson and Dave King are included in the e-mail. This is just another example of how unfair and one sided the HMRC investigation was against me.
