Opening transcript of Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs Investigators Janet Robinson and David King interview with Tax Credit Office employee Phil Davies after Civil Servants used internal procedures to complain Andi Ali is an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest
HMRC investigators clearly state that it is HMRC procedures to interview people on tape and the complaint is being brought under Chapter 17 of the Civil Service Guide. I will explain the significance of this in due course. Worth noting that Neil Richardson did not interview Andi Ali on tape after he refused to keep quite that HMRC were misusing public funds to charge him with being an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley.
