Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission orders Police to investigate

Are there links between the Public and Commercial Union and BNP?
I have not been told by the Public and Commercial Union (PCS), why they failed to represent me when I was being harassed by members of the BNP, because of my academic research on the party. In fact the PCS seem more content to appease the BNP than reporting this racial harassment to the police. I am beginning to wonder why – and whether it’s because some elements of the PCS are supportive of the BNP. I will keep readers updated of whether the PCS inform the police in due course.

Death of my good friend Councillor Neil Trafford.
I was shocked and upset to here about the death of my good friend and fellow Liberal Democrat Neil Trafford. Neil was killed in a car accident on November 23 on his way to see friends and family. Neil was a pleasure to know and a great campaigner for our cause. Like so many people I will miss him.
