Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.

Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs rewards staff who made false sexual allegations with lucrative promotions
What do you do if you are Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, and you admit that a number of your staff made false sexual allegations against a member of staff after complaining he was an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley. You sack him and reward those who lied with lucrative promotions at Tax Payers Expense of course. The news that Anthony Stansfield, Scott Turner and others who told such dreadful lies have now been promoted will send shockwaves and reinforce the view that HMRC is a department out of control.

Independant Police Complaints Commission force to correct incorrect information held about me in relation to my complaint Her Majestry's Reveune and Customs missued public funds to charge me with holding extreme political views for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest outside of work.
Linda,
There is nothing in the file which shows correspondence between the IPCC and HMRC on the matter I requested. Moreover, I draw the above document from Lancashire Police which you sent me and which includes wrong information.
1) In particular, the issues I am complaining mostly took place between 2003 - 2007 not simply around 2003 as the document implies.
2) I never accused officers of being members of the BNP.
3) I have never studied at Lancaster University.
4) I supplied all the information to Sergeant Turner and have the e-mails to prove it.
5) I was not referring simply to matters in 2003, I was referring to matters between 2003 -2007.
6) It is not the same complaint I made to Chief Inspector Baxter in 2005. Indeed, Much of the events I am complaining about happened in 2007. For example HMRC made false sexual allegations against me which they have admitted. (I have it in writing). This is a criminal offence under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
7) Many things have changed since 2005. HMRC have for example, admitted they falsely accused me of expressing support for suicide bombers because I wore and Arabic headscarf. (Racial harassment)
8) There is a lot of new evidence, such as HMRC emails, reports and documents.
9) It was never subjected to a through investigation by HMRC, HMRC have admitted in writing they did not follow correct procedures and Investigators switched of tapes during interviews against HMRC procedures.
10) HMRC did offer me a six figure sum which I turned down.
11) Inspector Elston refers to a conversation from Ian Painter. Where is it?
12) I was not dismissed for 'Gross Misconduct in 2005. I was sacked for breach of contract for raising concerns under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 to the Police, Civil Service Commissioners, my MP and Chairman of Revenue and Customs, Dave Hartnett.
Under the Data Protection Act I am requesting you correct this or I will refer the matter to the Information Commissioner for his action. Meanwhile, as you have not supplied me with all the Information I request from you on the 1 February 2012, I will be referring that straight away.
Yours,
Andi Ali

Letter from the National Audit Office - the NAO will not investigate the concerns I raised under the Public Interest Disclosure Act (PIDA) 1998 - that Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) misused public funds to charge and convict me of holding ‘extreme political views’ for heckling the British National Party (BNP) at a peaceful protest outside work. They don’t want the public to know how much public funds HMRC misused for the BNP.

Data Protection Act forces Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to produce e-mail prooving I did raise concerns under the Public Interest Disclouser Act 1998 to Dave Hartnett, and HMRC did not consider my concerns as they are meant to do under paragraph 15 of the Civil Service Code, and PIDA itself.

Independant Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) confirm they know of my complaint of misconduct and criminal behaviour within Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and it for HMRC to investigate the matter. You couldn't make it up could you. Asking HMRC to investigate themselves is rather like asking turkeys to vote for Christmas.

HMRC don't want to answer this question under the Data Protection Act : Why was I sacked for breach of contract for raising concerns under the Public Interest Disclosuer Act 1998 to Dave Hartnett and the Civil Service Commissioners, but HMRC staff like Jo Lewis and Scott Turner who made false sexual allegtions against me were not.

E-mail from Ian Painter HMRC Solicitors Office which shows Painter lying....I was never sacked for Gross Missconduct I was sacked for breached of contract for raising concerns within HMRC to Dave Hartnett, the Civil Service Commissioners and others, under the Civil Service Code, Public Interest Disclosuer Act 1998 as documents on here show.
