Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? E-mail from Ian Painter HMRC Solicitors Office which shows Painter lying....I was never sacked for Gross Missconduct I was sacked for breached of contract for raising concerns within HMRC to Dave Hartnett, the Civil Service Commissioners and others, under the Civil Service Code, Public Interest Disclosuer Act 1998 as documents on here show.
