Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.

Independant Police Complaints Commission force to correct incorrect information held about me in relation to my complaint Her Majestry's Reveune and Customs missued public funds to charge me with holding extreme political views for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest outside of work.
Linda,
There is nothing in the file which shows correspondence between the IPCC and HMRC on the matter I requested. Moreover, I draw the above document from Lancashire Police which you sent me and which includes wrong information.
1) In particular, the issues I am complaining mostly took place between 2003 - 2007 not simply around 2003 as the document implies.
2) I never accused officers of being members of the BNP.
3) I have never studied at Lancaster University.
4) I supplied all the information to Sergeant Turner and have the e-mails to prove it.
5) I was not referring simply to matters in 2003, I was referring to matters between 2003 -2007.
6) It is not the same complaint I made to Chief Inspector Baxter in 2005. Indeed, Much of the events I am complaining about happened in 2007. For example HMRC made false sexual allegations against me which they have admitted. (I have it in writing). This is a criminal offence under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
7) Many things have changed since 2005. HMRC have for example, admitted they falsely accused me of expressing support for suicide bombers because I wore and Arabic headscarf. (Racial harassment)
8) There is a lot of new evidence, such as HMRC emails, reports and documents.
9) It was never subjected to a through investigation by HMRC, HMRC have admitted in writing they did not follow correct procedures and Investigators switched of tapes during interviews against HMRC procedures.
10) HMRC did offer me a six figure sum which I turned down.
11) Inspector Elston refers to a conversation from Ian Painter. Where is it?
12) I was not dismissed for 'Gross Misconduct in 2005. I was sacked for breach of contract for raising concerns under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 to the Police, Civil Service Commissioners, my MP and Chairman of Revenue and Customs, Dave Hartnett.
Under the Data Protection Act I am requesting you correct this or I will refer the matter to the Information Commissioner for his action. Meanwhile, as you have not supplied me with all the Information I request from you on the 1 February 2012, I will be referring that straight away.
Yours,
Andi Ali
