Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.

The guy in the black jacket and blue shirt wearing glasses is Nick Ivell - this is the Civil Servant who begged HMRC to sack me so I could not afford to pursue my academic studies on the British National Party (BNP) which they did.... I wonder if I should beg HMRC to sack him for attending a chess tournament?

Silly Question.
I’m getting a lot of e-mails asking, “Did HMRC really charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley, Mr Ali?
I replied no. The internal HMRC documents I have put on this blog are fake and HMRC are spending thousands trying to get this blog closed down for reasons I cannot fathom. Either that, or the answer to the question is YES.!
What do you think?

Information Tribrunal once again finds in favour of the Information Commissioner and Civil Service Commission. So far the Information Tribrunal has never heard a case against the Civil Service Commission and throws out yet another case. What is it about the Civil Service Commission the Information Tribunal don't want you to know?
