Proof that Officers of Lancashire Police refused to investigate my complaints of racial harrassment against HMRC seriously in 2005 - matter now being looked at again.


Jim Samson and Heather Whittaker (paid emeployees of HMRC report) in to how HMRC missued public money to charge Andi Ali into holding extreme political views for heckling the BNP. Tries to cover up racial harrassment within HMRC, but does conclude that it is for others (i,e the police) to determine whether HMRC staff should face criminal charges for making false sexual allegtions - but does not explain why they made them

























Anthony Stansfield's HMRC letter to HMRC after being found guility of making false allegtions against me (after a complaint I held extreme political views for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley) making false sexual allegtions is a criminal offence under the Protection from Harrassment Act 1997. Case with Lancashire Police hate crimes unit.
