Under Civil Service Code section five, Civil servants must make sure public money is used properly and efficiently.

As you can see Civil Servants must make sure public money and other resources are used properly and efficiently. Andi Ali is aware that using public money to charge sombody with being an extremist for heckling the BNP, is improper use of public funds. I therefore call on the Civil Service Comissoners to investigate this matter without any further do.

Civil Service ban considered. So why did they charge me which being an extremist for heckling the BNP in private? Andi Ali asks the CS to explain this

At the same time that the Civil Service were publicly announcing that the Civil Service were thinking of banning BNP members from joining the Civil Service, on the grounds that the BNP polices on race were at odds with the Civil Service's polices on diversity, which they were, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs were charging me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley. Andi Ali calls on the Civil Service to explain this.

Guido Fawkes: ask how HMRC came to charge and convicted me for being an extremist for heckling the BNP

One of the best political blogs is run by a chap using the nick name Guido Fawkes - the real name of Guy Fawkes of the Gunpowder Plot fame. He likes to publish stories of political rumours, plots and conspiracy. I hope he asks how Her Majestry's Reveune and Customs came to charge me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP. It was a complete missue of public funds, and one which needs to be brought to public attention. So come on Guido, put the fear in to Her Majestry's Reveune and Customs, by publishing this story on your blog. Hopefully, this will help perswade the Prime Minister and others to take action.

HMRC charged me with expressing support for suicide bombers simply for wearing this arabic headscarf? Racist and pathetic. BNPGATE

Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs acussed my of expressing support for suicide bombers because I was wearing an arabic headscarf at work at the Tax Credit Office in Preston. HMRC upheld that charge and sacked me when I would not drop this and other matters with the Civil Service Commissoners and other bodies. How does wearing an arabic headscarf (I am a quarter arabic) mean I am expressing support for suicide bombers? What a nasty and racist thing for a goverment department to do. Case still with the Civil Service Commissoners.

Email proving HMRC knew I was conducting research on the BNP but still labelled me an extremist for heckling this Neo Nazi group at a peaceful protest

Here is the e-mail which proves beyonned all dout that Her Majesty's Reveune and Customs knew that I was conducting academic research on the BNP before they charged me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley. The e-mail was sent to Jane Booth, a senoir manger at the Tax Credit Office in Preston. I find it disgusting that HMRC knew this and still missued public funds to charge me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP. Jane incidently, had nothing to do with this and along with Andrew Burland, and Diane Macgowan another lovely lady at the Tax Credit Office, made up some of the best managers within HMRC.

Here is proof Civil Servants take part in anti BNP protests. So why did HMRC only charge me with hecking the BNP? Nobody else?

Here is proof Civil Servants take part in peaceful protests aginst the BNP, and well done them. Everybody should protest against the BNP in a peaceful manner. The BNP's views on race are just not aceptable. Black white, Jew Muslim. Gay stright. We should all live together in peace and harmony. But why was I the only person charged convicted and dismissed by Her Majesty's Reveune and Customs - a Civil Service department? Could it be, I was listed as the number one target on a BNP hit list at the time, and marked out for special attetion? What do you think?
