Oh Dear oh Dear! Letter from Neil Richardson, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs sending me a letter saying I was being charged with potential breach of contract because I had raised concerns with the Civil Service Commissioners under the Public Information Disclosure Act 1(998) - the very same act which makes it illegal to punish employees for raising concerns. Also, under the Civil Service Code, it is forbidden for the Civil Service to punish people who raise concerns. It was silly for HMRC to dismiss me for doing so, but to put it in writing! Well!! somthings are just beyonned sillyness.......like putting in more false allegtions because I would not keep quite about HMRC using public money to charge me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP.
