A previous HMRC investigation had described Miss Haberlin as an ‘Independent witness’ after Miss Haberlin had provided witness testimony supporting false complaints Nick Ivell had made against me. How anybody can be described as an ‘Independent witness’ when they are screwing the complainant is anybody guess.
