E-mail from HMRC Whistleblower, Andi Ali to HMRC Manager, Douglass Howell, dated 28 February, 2005, informing him I wish to appeal against HMRC Manager, Kath Doyle’s decision to find me guilty of holding extreme political views for heckling the BNP at a peaceful anti racist protest in Burnley, and all the other false allegations made against me.
