Letter from Tom Moody, of the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), dated 30 July, 2004, to HMRC Whistleblower, Andi Ali, informing him that the police were perfectly justified in moving him from Downing Street, because far right protestors were holding a demonstration across the road and they may have been offended that Mr Ali, as an Asian man, was wearing an England football shirt.
