Well done the PCS for holding a peaceful protest against the BNP outside a Civil Service building. But why did HMRC charged me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest, but no other Civil Servant or PCS member?
And the fact the BNP were holding a protest on goverment property, further eveidence that the BNP are gaining support within the Civil Service.

Email from CROWN Prosecution Service saying CPS cannot take forward my case against HMRC until the Police start and finish their investigation. Police appear not to want a criminal investigation because Police Officers and Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs would be implicated in criminal activities. (BNPGATE)

E-mail to HMRC Mangers Gary Lindley and Martin Hulbert asking them to report criminal matters to the Independant Police Complaints Commission in racial harrassment case involeing HMRC and the BNP, after HMRC acussed me of making sexual comments for (sic) asking a girl in the canteen if I could have sugar in my tea, and after HMRC staff claimed I supported (sic) suicide bombers because I wore an arabic headscarf. Couldn't make it could you

After years of falsely accusing me of being an extremist for heckling the BNP and using (STEALING) public money to charge me with this ridiculous offence, HMRC had the gull to charge me with bullying, and making inappropriate comments of a sexist and racist nature after HMRC found me guilty of expressing support for suicide bombers because I wore an Arabic headscarf - and after HMRC staff were found by HMRC investigators to have conspired to submit false allegations against me, in order to cost me my job. Incidentally, the racist comment HMRC said I made (in this case) was to say white staff would never be charged by HMRC if they took part in a protest which is true, I have pictures and videos to prove it, and well done to them for protesting peacefully against that vile Neo Nazi party, and the sexist comment HMRC said I made, was I said to a girl who asked me if I would like a cup of tea, could I have sugar in it. LOL. You couldn't make it up could you.  I asked HMRC to report this to the police and Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) as you can see in this e-mail but they refused. (Can't think why lol). I have reported it to the police and IPCC, however, and case still ongoing.

This is HMRC offical 2009 report on diverity. Compare what HMRC say about diveristy in public and compare and contrast it with the internal HMRC e-mails I have downloaded  on to this blog. Clearly, what HMRC says in public and what it does behind closed doors is two different things. For example, HMRC states that "HMRC leds by example and demonstrating, in measurable ways, that diversity is an integral part of our working life" How does charging me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest do that? Or accusing me of expressing support for suicide bombers, simply because I wear an Arabic headscarf?

This is the same kind of racial harassment I was subjected to. When HMRC charged me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP, one HMRC employee told them it was pathetic I wore an Arabic headscarf it really was: then went on to say, how unfair it was I could wear an Arabic headscarf, but others could not wear BNP shirts. Another told HMRC investigators, he thought the reason I was wearing an Arabic headscarf was to show support for 'sucide bombers' Does anybody see a pattern here?

Email to Ian Painter HMRC Solicitors asking him to report criminal offencies against Andi Ali in BNP case

This e-mail proves that I asked HMRC solicitors to report criminal matters against me immediately and weeks before HMRC sacked me when I would not keep quite about them. I urge Ian Painter and everybody else within HMRC to report these matters to the police immediately, so these criminal matters can be investigated without any further delay. 

Indepenant Police Complaints Commisson (IPCC) Police were right to move Andi Ali away from Downing Street because he was an Asian man wearing an England Shirt. On going BNP case. BNPGATE.

 

 Here is a letter from the so called Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) after I was assaulted outside Downing Street. As you can see that the IPPC claim it was ok for the police to move me on from conducting my research because I was an 'Asian wearing  an England shirt and this may have caused offence to a group of right wing protesters.  Absurd isn't it. Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs label me an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley, and also find me guilty of expressing support for suicide bombers, simply for wearing an arabic headscarf, and the IPCC say this about me because I was wearing an England football shirt.  In my opinion it is largely because of this that the IPCC will not investigate HMRC despite it being there duty to do so, and despite the fact I have raised concerns with them

Andi Ali contacts Public Concern at work in HMRC BNP racial harrassment case.

When Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs sacked me for raising concerns under the Public Information Disclosure Act (PIDA) 1998 and Civil Service Code they breached their own and wider rules under the PIDA. Under the PIDA Civil Servants have a duty to raise concerns of inappropriate behaviour and it is illegal to dismiss sombody over it. This also was the advice of Public Concern at Work, and more about this in due course. For the time being though, here is an e-mail between me and Public Concern at Work who have been providing excellent advice.

HMRC Manager claims Mark Barker PCS was aggressive towards her in Andi Ali BNP case.

This case gets more bizarre by the minute. This is part of a witness statement by Joan Moyle, a very senior manger within Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs who claims Mark Barker was aggressive towards her. (Mark Barker being the union official who represented (sic) me when I was charged by HMRC of being an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley). I wonder if this was the reason the PCS stopped representing me  - think about it!

It's also worth noting that none of the witnesses statements given to me by HMRC were signed by the person  HMRC claimed wrote them. This is suggestive. It suggest that the witnesses would not sign them because they knew what was in the statements were false and were worried about being convicted of perjury. It would also explain why HMRC offered me a lot of money not to refer this matter to court. More about this in due course.

It's not just Her Majestry's Reveune and Customs who took an intrest in my studies. As you can see, the police did too.

Change the name of the blog as you can see to reflect the purpose of this blog.

And the purpose is to hilight abuses within Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs and how the police, Independant Police Compliants Commisson (IPCC) Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the Civil Service Commissoners are all trying to keep this case quite and to ensure that soon or later this matter is investigated in accdordance with the law.
