E-mail to Dave Hartnett complaining of racial harassment within Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs after Dave Hartnett tells BBC that HMRC operates 'zero tolerance' to racial harassment and all cases will be looked into. Now lets see what Dave Hartnett does about this.
