Question: if High Court Judges found ex MP Phil Woolas guilty of attempting to stir up racial tensions by falsely linking an opponent to Muslim extremists and knowingly making false statements about an opponent, then why are Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs not guilty of stirring up racial tensions against me when they did the same thing?
