Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.

Statement of Brian Eagar Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) Employment Law Operations after HMRC had misused public money to charge Andi Ali with holding extreme political views for heckling the British National Party (BNP) at a peaceful protest outside of work. (The BNP are vile Neo Nazi party who have sought to remove all non-whites from HMRC and Civil Service as a whole). Here Eager acknowledges that after deliberations he and two others HMRC mangers (Chris Boyes and Margaret) did not uphold my grievance. Well they wouldn’t would they? Brian, Chris and Margaret are employed by HMRC and paid by HMRC. Of course they are not going to uphold my grievance against people who pay them. Don’t be silly. This matter is now with Lancashire Police HATECRIMES unit and the Civil Service Commissioners.
