Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.

Note of a telephone conversation between HMRC investigator, Ian Wright and HMRC Manager Scot Turner, dated 31 March, 2006, were Turner is question about false sexual allegations he made against me, after HMRC charged me with holding ‘extreme political views’ for heckling the BNP at a peaceful anti-racist protest in Burnley. (At an Employment Tribunal hearing in 2008, HMRC Solicitor, Ian Painter, admitted the allegations made by Turner were not true, and he had only done it to receive a promotion which the department give him).
