Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.

E-mails from Lancashire Police requesting more information
Received an e-mail from Lancashire Police a few days ago. They are still up to their old tricks. Refusing to take a statement but keep on asking for more and more information in the hope it wear me out and I will give up. What does it take to get the Police to take a statement? Why do the Police and Civil Service think Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs are above the law? Racial harassment is wrong and should never be tolerated - but clearly that's not the view of others. Have sent documents to the police. Penny to a pound they will ask for something else and still refuse to take a statement.
