Here is the Prime Minister David Cameron and head of the Civil Service speaking out against the BNP. Will HMRC charge him with being an extremist to?
The Civil Service charged me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley and sacked me. Yet the Prime Minster and head of the Civil Service has also spoken out against the BNP as you can see in this video. This includes all those public Servants who take part in anti BNP protests in the Public and Comercial Union (PCS) and others.
