Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? Letter showing HMRC sacked me for raising concerns under the Public Infomation Disclouser Act 1998 (BNPGATE)
Here is part of the letter of dissmissal written by Neil Richardson, a senoir Civil Servant within Her Majestrys Revenue and Customs. As you can see, one of the charges against me was that I had raised concerns of malpractice within the Civil Service Commissoners and others
As you can see under the Civil Service Code, nobody can ever be punished for raising concerns with the Commissoners. And the Commissoners have a duty to see that those who do, do suffer any detriment.
