Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.

Peter Tatchell doing a great job standing up the BNP and confronting BNP leader, Nick Griffin. But when Andi Ali did the same, he was charged, convicted and sacked by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs with being an extremist. Peter Tatchell is right. The BNP are anti gay, anti muslim and anti seamitic scum. How does that make Andi Ali or anyone else an extremist for heckling a Neo Nazi group like the BNP

Phil Davies telling HMRC invesitigators that he was "Under the impression that having signed the Offcial Secrets Act, criminal behaviour within Her Majestys Revunue and Customs was an internal matter". Oh no it's not Phil! Goverment departments cannot hide behind the Official Secrets Act to cover up criminal behaviour by staff, as I intend to show.

Oh Dear oh Dear! Letter from Neil Richardson, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs sending me a letter saying I was being charged with potential breach of contract because I had raised concerns with the Civil Service Commissioners under the Public Information Disclosure Act 1(998) - the very same act which makes it illegal to punish employees for raising concerns. Also, under the Civil Service Code, it is forbidden for the Civil Service to punish people who raise concerns. It was silly for HMRC to dismiss me for doing so, but to put it in writing! Well!! somthings are just beyonned sillyness.......like putting in more false allegtions because I would not keep quite about HMRC using public money to charge me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP.
At the same time HMRC manager Anthony Stansfield, acussed me of expressing support for suicide bombers, and sexually harrassing staff, after Tony Smith had complained I was an extremist for heckling the BNP, Stansfield and the rest of the team was awarding me team player. I kid you not!! Here is the proof.
HMRC Internal report contradicts itself. On the one hand it concluded that Tony Smith useing an internal HMRC grievance procedure to complain I was an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley, should have been rejected and not treated as a complaint, on the other hand it concludes, that there is no eveidence that anyone has been disciplined for taking part in protests. Which is it? Either HMRC treated it as a complaint, or they did not? Can't be both. And then it concludes that the whole discipliary process has been unfair and discriminatory against me. But if HMRC did not 'discipline me for heckling the BNP at a peaceful process, how could they find the whole disciplinary process has been unfair? Baffled! Me too!!!
Internal HMRC e-mail from Mark Barker PCS, complaining that Joan Moyle (HMRC Complaints and Discipline team) not following correct procedures, making inapprpriate comments, acting in a way which is bullying and harrassment, because he was representing me in to charges I was an extremist for heckling the BNP.
Internal e-mail from HMRC manager Francine Pugh, to HMRC Solicitor Angela Main Thompson, and HMRC investigators, Dave King and Janet Robinson raising concerns concerns about the way HMRC were conducting the investigation into the Complaint I was an extremist for heckling the BNP and other absurd charges. So why did HMRC not act on these concerns?

Prime Minister David Cameron and Head of the Civil Service appears on the Redwatch - the same Neo Nazi hit list as Andi Ali - will the Civil Service - Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs use public money to charge the Prime Minister with being an extremist for speaking out against the BNP as they did Andi Ali - if not, why not?
Well done David Cameron on speacking out against the vile BNP - and everything that vile party stands for. But why was Andi Ali charged with being an extremist for heckling the BNP by the Civil Service (Her Majesty's Reveunue and Customs) and no other Civil Servants were, for doing the same thing? And what is extremist about heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest anyway?

Opening transcript of Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs Investigators Janet Robinson and David King interview with Tax Credit Office employee Phil Davies after Civil Servants used internal procedures to complain Andi Ali is an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest
HMRC investigators clearly state that it is HMRC procedures to interview people on tape and the complaint is being brought under Chapter 17 of the Civil Service Guide. I will explain the significance of this in due course. Worth noting that Neil Richardson did not interview Andi Ali on tape after he refused to keep quite that HMRC were misusing public funds to charge him with being an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful protest in Burnley.
