HMRC investigators, Jim Samson and Heather Whittaker, interviewing Andi Ali, 6 September, 2006, second hearing, TAPE 1.

HMRC solicitor, Ian Painter, later told an Employment Tribunal that HMRC had never charged and convicted me of being an extremist for heckling the British National Party (BNP) at a peaceful anti racist protest in Burnley, or of expressing support for suicide bombers because I wore an Arabic head scarf at work - UNTIL THIS TAPE WAS PLAYED TO THE COURT.
