Tony Smith complained about seeing me "heckling the BNP" on television and this is racial harassment
5.B.1 This comment in TS's complaint appears under a heading of "Extreme Political Views". What the written complaint says is "I saw Andrew on the television heckling duly elected members of Burnley council as they were attending their first council meeting."
5.B.2
We discuss-ed this at length with TS when we interviewed him (pages 12 to 18 of transcript). Our difficulty was that, with the BNP being acknowledged as a far right party with views unacceptable to the majority of the thinking population, to protest against the BNP seems an indicator of moderation, not of extremism. Also we were struggling to see the link with work in this part of TS's complaint. We put these points to TS.
5.B.6
In our view it was wholly inappropriate for this matter to grievance complaint, both on the grounds that taking be included in a part in a lawful
demonstration is not conduct that any reasonable person could object to and also because there is no link with work.
[This proves that HMRC did charge me with being an extremist for heckling the BNP and find me guility). Case with Civil Service Commissoners and the police).
Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.
