Neil Richardson HMRC cannot sack me for raising concerns under the Public Information Disclosure Act BNPGATE

I think it's fairly ovious that under the Public Information Disclosure Act 1998 (PIDA) I am protected from making the wider closures which I do in this blog. For example, as you can see, one of the above stipulations states, "the concern had already been raised with the employer or a prescribed regulator". Well given the letter from HMRC's Neil Richardson states I was being charged with raising concerns under the PIDA,incrediable as it may be, then it is clear that I had raised the concern with my employer but to no avail
