Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? Part of transcript of HMRC Investigators Ian Wright and Donna Todd interview (Dated March 22, 2006) with Tony Smith (HMRC Manager) where he admits that HMRC staff Nick Ivell and Clare Haberlin were having a relationship. (Code for screwing each over). A previous HMRC investigation had described Miss Haberlin as an ‘Independent witness’ after Miss Haberlin had provided witness testimony supporting false complaints Nick Ivell had made against me. How anybody can be described as an ‘Independent witness’ when they are screwing the complainant is anybody guess.
