Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? Transcript of HMRC Investigators Jim Samson and Heather Whittaker’s interview, with HMRC Manager, Jacqui Pye, dated 10 October, 2006 where she admits that she held a meeting with the complainant’s weeks before they submitted complaints labelling me an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful anti-racist protest in Burnley. (Two previous HMRC investigations had previously found there was no evidence the complainants had ever got together to discuss their complaints).
