Would you speak out if you knew Her Majesty Revenue and Customs had misused thousands of pounds of public funds to charge you with being an extremist for heckling the British National Party at a peaceful protest in Burnley? Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? If your wondering why I did then perhaps when you've read these internal letters, reports, and e-mails you’ll understand.

Transcript of HMRC Investigators, Jim Samson and Heather Whittaker’s interview with HMRC Manager Anthony Stansfield, dated 25 August, 2006, in which he discusses the fact that his staff (and fellow complainants) had seen vile and racist comments made against me on BNP and other far right websites before submitting the same comments as complaints – sexual harassment, expressing support for suicide bombers, bullying, being an extremist for heckling the BNP, etc.
(Note the comments on the top of page one that something has been removed which might explain why paragraph numbers are at times cock a hoop, although page numbers
are right).
