Would you refuse to drop your case with the Civil Service Commissioners if you were warned by HMRC you would be sacked if you did not? Transcript of HMRC Manager Geoff Whitehead’s account of a meeting between HMRC Manager Margaret Ansbro, and HMRC whistleblower Andi Ali, dated 5 October 2007, where she claims statistics show Mr Ali’s work not up to retired standard. At an Employment Tribunal shortly afterwards, HMRC solicitor Ian Painter told the court that documents had come to light to show that Miss Ansbro had deliberately falsified Mr Ali’s statistics because he had taken his employer to a tribunal and she wanted to discredit him before a tribunal. He also told the court it was for this reason she had declined to sign the record of the transcript you see below as did Mr Whitehead who penned this tissue of lies
